Description of your missions

As part of the operational team of project managers and reporting to the Development Manager, you will be in charge of developing a portfolio of agriPV, ground-mounted and floating photovoltaic projects, and will be responsible for supporting the project through to final authorization.

Project development and design (approx. 80%) :

  • Project definition by technology (ground, floating, agriPV)
  • Consultation and management of internal (agricultural and technical) and external (naturalist, environmental, landscape, structural, technical) engineering firms to carry out preliminary studies of connections, yields, layout, etc.
  • Consultation with government departments (renewable energy clusters, pre-framing of government departments) and local stakeholders (town halls, communities of communes, unions, etc.).
  • Preparation, submission and follow-up of permit applications (building permits, environmental permits, etc.)
  • Follow-up and management of project appraisal until all permits have been obtained.
  • Financial modeling for electricity resale tariff setting
  • Preparation and submission of response files to the CRE's AO
  • Support for all pre-construction stages

Support for prospecting: detection, prospecting and securing land and political support (approx. 20%):

  • Identifying potential sites for new power plants
  • Feasibility studies (field visits, environmental and technical issues, land diagnostics)
  • Negotiation and securing of land, political support for the project (town hall, community of communes, instructing services, etc.).
  • Political and institutional consultation: presentation of the project and coordination with a view to securing the approval of local councils, and coordination with the French government (DDT).

Skills required

  • You must have at least 5 years' professional experience in the renewable energies sector or in project management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 5 years' higher education (engineering school / business school / university)
  • References for photovoltaic projects on complete cycles appreciated
  • Skills in land management, urban planning or technical fields (electrical engineering, civil engineering, etc.) are an asset.
  • Good command of computer tools, including Pack Office
  • Knowledge of the agricultural world and agriPV issues
  • B license

  • Good interpersonal skills to work closely with local authorities and owners (manufacturers, key accounts, private individuals, municipalities, etc.).
  • A high degree of autonomy and organization to dynamically develop the Elements project portfolio.
