The project consists in the creation of a wind farm made up of 9 wind turbines of a unit power between 4,2 and 5,7 Megawatts (MW) on the territory of the communes of Brenelle, Courcelles-sur-Vesle and Saint-Mard, in the department of Aisne (02).
