Description of your missions
As part of our development, we are creating the position of IT Manager, who will be responsible for the organization, monitoring and implementation of the entire IT system infrastructure of the head office in Montpellier, the Paris and Lyon sites, the subsidiaries in Finland and Italy, as well as any new structures to come.
Driven by a service logic, he/she will be responsible for :
- Participate in the definition of the strategy and objectives in terms of IT development, both in France and abroad (VPN with our headquarters to ensure monitoring, for example),
- Ensure the organization of computer developments,
- Implement evolution projects according to users' needs,
- Ensure the IT reporting to the CFO,
- Monitor technological developments and make proposals,
- Manage the IT department's budget: ensure control of budgets relating to information system developments.
- Manage subcontracting: call for tenders, selection of service providers, contract management, technical follow-up.
- Define the maintenance policy of the computer park
- Supervise the purchase of computer equipment and software
- Supervise the infrastructure of the information networks and guarantee their operation and security
- Define and manage quality and security procedures for information systems
(antivirus, VPN...) - Support and assistance to users and transversal functions
- Maintain information systems documentation
- Ensure the follow-up of the business continuity and recovery plan and ensure implementation tests in real conditions
- To manage the realization of PENTEST
- Ensure the implementation of corrective actions identified in the framework of REX
Skills required
- BAC+5 in Computer Science / Network Administration
- At least five years experience in a similar position in a multi-site, international company
- Broad knowledge of information systems
- Knowledge of the applications and technologies used in the company, the main computer languages and operating systems
- Mastery of security standards and current security risks
- Good knowledge of the subcontracting market: editors, IT services companies, consulting firms and management of the relationship with subcontractors
- Practice of English is imperative
