Description of your missions
The Project Finance & Transactions team consists of two people.
You will assist the team in the following areas:
- Involvement in setting up long-term bank financing (for solar, wind and small hydro projects) and junior financing:
- Support for project financial modeling in Excel
- Analysis of the business plan and the bankability of projects with the operational teams
- Preparation of teasers, memos and business plans
- Meetings with banking partners, negotiations and discussions with advisors and auditors
- Participation in the coordination of legal and technical audits of projects
- Help in setting up data rooms
- Participation in post-closing commitment monitoring and loan consolidation
- Support in setting up financing or collective investments for projects
- Participation in project disposals
- Support for the improvement of team tools (financial models, processes, monitoring files, etc.)
You will work closely with the Elements teams, including Development, Construction, Operations, Legal, Accounting and Controlling.
This experience will enable you to develop a wide range of financial, economic and legal skills related to project financing and renewable energy transactions (excel modeling, legal documentation, understanding non-recourse financing, etc.).
Skills required
- You are a student at a Grande école of business or engineering, or University (bac +4/5), with a very good knowledge of finance; a specialization in finance would be a plus.
- You already have internship experience, ideally in the field of RE project financing.
- You want to invest in a human-scale structure in the renewable energies sector, where the missions are numerous and varied, and take part in the company's development.
