01. Growth & challenges
Elements is growing fast, with many challenges
challenges:
- Maintain its acceleration in France, by developing its engineering on the entire value chain of our projects.
- Develop its international presence with the creation of development platforms in several geographical regions.
- Structuring its expertise in energy management, self-consumption and storage.
02. Offices and branches
The head office is located in Montpellier, in the city centre, where we have around fifty employees. Since our creation, we have chosen to be located close to railway stations, in order to favour train travel.
Elements has acquired a building in the center of Montpellier for its new head office, which will be completely restructured to provide a favorable working environment for its teams.
Elements is also present in Paris and Lyon. Our teams are experienced in working in project mode, with teams scattered between offices and the field.
03. Extrapro and afterworks
Working at Elements also means joining a family where extra-professional activities are a key component of company life: breakfasts, meals, futsal and regular afterworks combine work, good humor and a spirit of service.
