Description of your missions
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, we are looking for a work-study computer technician.
Driven by a sustainable development approach, he/she will be responsible for :
- Provide level 1 and 2 support to users as well as a support and facilitator role for users;
- Detect, trace, resolve or escalate and track to resolution user issues/requests;
- Administer and maintain computer equipment (office equipment, servers and networks);
- Administer the management of user rights and authorizations (Active directory – Office365);
- Deploy and maintain office and business software in operational condition;
- Raise awareness among users about IT security and the rules of good practice;
- Participate in IT projects and deployment projects.
Skills required
- You have a baccalaureate and you are preparing for a BTS SIO at Bac + 2 level
- You benefit from a general knowledge of the hardware architecture of a workstation and operating systems (Windows, Windows server)
- You have a basic understanding of computer networks
