Elements is pleased to announce the start of the investigation of the Argile photovoltaic project located in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte within the "ecopole" of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole . This is a 5MWp ground-mounted photovoltaic project located on the former communal waste dump and the former green waste composting platform (2003-2020) managed by the Veolia group.
The Saint Hippolyte town council launched a call for tenders and selected the company Eléments for the development, construction and operation of this ground-based photovoltaic project. An important work of co-construction was carried out in close collaboration with the elected officials of the municipality, the Metropolis as well as the services of the Prefecture of the Pyrénées-Orientales represented by the ddtm to ensure the emergence of this project, which is subject to the directives of the Coastal Law. This upstream work has enabled the project to be included on the list of priority developments for the Pyrénées-Orientales department.
We would like to thank the elected officials of Saint-Hippolyte for their trust.
