Description of your missions

Working as part of the operational team of project managers and reporting to the Development Manager, you will be in charge of developing a portfolio of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects, and will be responsible for supporting the project from the detection/prospecting phase through to final authorization.

Project development coordination

  • Overall management of projects from conception to handover to the Construction department. Supervision of the various stages of development in conjunction with in-house teams (mapping, technical studies, pre-construction, financing, legal, optimization).
  • Coordinating steering committees and defining development schedules.

Managing administrative authorizations

  • Supervision of the preparation of regulatory files (building permits, environmental authorizations), in collaboration with the engineering offices.
  • Coordination of exchanges with government departments (DREAL, DDT, Préfecture), local authorities and elected representatives to ensure that the project is properly integrated into the local area.
  • Preparation and follow-up of decision-making commissions (CDPENAF, MRAe, CNPN, etc.).

Securing land and urban development

  • Support for the prospecting department in analyzing the feasibility of projects in terms of land use and urban planning (PLU/PLUi compatibility, PPRN, easements).
  • Participation in the identification and evaluation of new real estate opportunities via a network of business introducers and local partners.
  • Check connection constraints and anticipate technical requirements.

Financial package and response to calls for tender

  • Coordination of responses to calls for tender (CRE), in conjunction with the Financing, Optimization, Legal and Construction departments.
  • Preparing technical and administrative files, drawing up financing plans, monitoring bank guarantees and carbon footprints.
  • Participation in project reviews and technical audits required by financial partners

From project to construction

  • Organization of the transition between the development and construction phases: creation of the data room, transfer of technical data, contractual commitments and authorizations.
  • Interface between development stakeholders and the Construction department, with ongoing monitoring during site start-up.

Skills required

  • BAC+5 (engineering school / business school / university)
  • You must have at least 2 years' professional experience in the renewable energies sector.
  • References for photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects appreciated
  • Skills in land management, urban planning or technical fields (electrical engineering, civil engineering, etc.) are an asset.
  • Good command of computer tools including Pack Office
  • B license
