Description of your missions
We're looking for an experienced, autonomous and rigorous profile, with a solid knowledge of PV and agriPV project development, who is keen to further develop their technical expertise in the field. You are not (yet) destined to manage a team hierarchically, but you are keen to share your knowledge, challenge established practices, and play a structuring role in the team in your field of PV - AgriPV expertise.
Recognized for your ability to secure complex projects and anticipate pitfalls, you will be the technical reference for the division, supporting the Development Manager in carrying out high-stakes projects and helping other project managers to develop their skills.
Development of complex PV and agriPV projects
- Management of key stages in the development and administrative appraisal of complex PV and AgriPV projects, through to handover to the Financing and Construction departments
- Feasibility studies (field studies, environmental and technical issues, land diagnostics)
- Submission and follow-up of administrative authorizations, in particular building permit and environmental authorization applications
- Regulatory review and verification of impact study files,
- Preparation and follow-up of decision-making commissions (CDPENAF, Mission régionale d'autorité environnementale, CNPN, préfecture)
- Coordination with other departments, from the feasibility phase through to obtaining administrative approvals: securing land, financial arrangements, project handover to construction
- Regular contact with local elected officials to ensure the project's development and integration into the local community.
- Political and institutional consultation: obtaining favorable resolutions from municipal councils/framework with government departments (DDT)
- Responses to CRE calls for tender
Technical support for PV and agriPV teams
- You'll act as a mentor to the project managers, providing regular technical support, organizing internal training sessions, and sharing your experience to enhance the skills of the whole team.
- Real-time reporting to line managers, anticipating overruns and technical requests from teams.
Skills required
- You must have at least 5 years' professional experience in the PV / AgriPV sector, with references for photovoltaic projects on complete cycles.
- 5 years' higher education (engineering school / business school / university)
- Very good knowledge of the agricultural world and agriPV issues
- Good command of IT tools including Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- B driving licence required
