It will enable the development of 12 renewable energy projects (11 solar, 1 hydro) totalling 169 MW.

The investment, in the form of simple 4-year bonds, offers an interest rate of 8.25% p.a., secured by a first-ranking pledge on the shares of the subsidiary in charge, with semi-annual interest payments.
