A true orchestra conductor, you apply the company's strategy in your territory and maximize the success rate of ENR projects. You manage a team of project managers, guiding them at key moments and ensuring smooth synergy with other departments and partners.

Expertise and development

  • Supervise ENR development projects in liaison with government departments and local stakeholders, in compliance with the BP and with a constant eye to optimization and competitiveness.
  • Secure authorizations, land agreements, connections and pricing conditions to guarantee ready-to-build projects
  • Structure and optimize development schedules according to best practices
  • Identify new project opportunities and support teams in their prospection
  • Maintain an active watch on regulations and industry trends

Institutional relations and territorial lobbying

  • Represent ELEMENTS to political and institutional decision-makers and local stakeholders
  • Support teams in consultation processes and defend projects in local bodies
  • Develop sustainable partnerships with engineering firms, government departments and other strategic players

Cooperation and reporting

  • Ensure smooth communication with other departments (public affairs, legal, financing, construction, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress, structure reporting and ensure optimum coordination between departments

Management

  • Manage, lead and develop a committed team of project managers
  • Play an active role in recruitment and skills development in conjunction with the HR Department
  • Ensure the team's individual and collective performance

Skills required

  • Solid professional experience in the RE sector
  • Excellent command of administrative, environmental and regulatory procedures
  • Capacity for influence and institutional representation
