The Elements teams got together for their annual team-building seminar.
As every year, the surprise was kept for all until the morning of departure, when 87 employees arrived in Anduze from Montpellier, Paris, Lyon, Nantes, the Caribbean, Finland and Italy. Gathered around the discovery of an ancestral craft: pottery. Each participant, under the watchful eye of Nicole Le Fur and a dozen volunteers, was able to make his or her own vase. An opportunity to visit Anduze, shop at the Cevennes market, share local flavours and get to know each other better. The festive evening went on until late into the night, and the orienteering race on the Col d'Uglas on Friday morning gave everyone a chance to recover from the previous day.

Once again this year, the seminar has achieved its objectives: learning, discovering, sharing, surpassing oneself and being together!
