As a result, duties are very much multi-purpose, with a global view of projects, as well as varied portfolios.

01. Growth & challenges
Elements is growing rapidly, with many challenges :
- Maintain its acceleration in France, by developing its engineering on the entire value chain of our projects.
- Develop its international presence with the creation of development platforms in several geographical regions.
- Structuring its expertise in energy management, self-consumption and storage.
02. Offices and branches
The head office is located in Montpellier, in the city centre, where we have around fifty employees. Since our creation, we have chosen to be located close to railway stations, in order to favour train travel.
Eléments has acquired a building in the centre of Montpellier for its new head office, which will be completely restructured to provide a favourable working environment for its teams.
Eléments is also based in Paris and Lyon. The teams are experienced in working in project mode, with teams dispersed between offices and in the field.
03. Extrapro and afterworks
Working at Elements also means becoming part of a family where extra-professional activities are a key component of company life: breakfasts, meals, futsal and regular afterworks allow us to combine work, good humor and service spirit.
